Jeanee has created a visual catalogue of characters that are unique to the Trial By Tenderness storyline.  In doing so, she has 'written' about them in a way that moves way beyond what can be conveyed by written descriptions in the chapters.  When I first saw these, I was amazed at how accurately she visually interpreted the characters!  Needless to say, I'm honored to share her TBT Visions with you...

Mara's Devil -- Torrid Mystic

In Jeanee's words:

Yay! I've finally finished Torrid Mystic! I'm so sorry it took me so long, I've been very busy. She's not very evil-looking on account of Mara finding out she's half Goddess. I especially like how her "tail" is barbed wire, and the colours. The neutrals offset her eyes. This was done with a pencil, pencil-crayons, and inking pens.

From TBT:

"Without Torrid Mystic, I felt like I was the loneliest of all the creatures in the Multiverse, even though I was surrounded by billions of mortal lives and my three sisters. I felt *empty* of myself...a feeling that was so blessedly real, because Torrid Mystic is a part of who I am. She is bonded to my vitality as a Demoness."

Behind Mara, Keiichi could see Mara's Devil, Torrid Mystic. Her face resembled Mara's, except that it was elongated in typical Angelic fashion...and that her eyebrows were made of flame. But Torrid Mystic's hair was markedly different than Mara's; it was a fiery rainbow of colors that was 'striped' with long black shags, just like Urd's World of Elegance. She was wrapped by a bright red ribbon-cloth, ala Belldandy's Holy Bell. Fascinated, he watched as Torrid Mystic's one black-feathered and one white-feathered wings were cowling her as she mimicked Mara's gestures with her own.

"Without my Devil, I feel...incomplete," Mara said, turning to smile at Torrid Mystic.
