Out of curiosity, and that I'm trying to find time to work on a novel myself, I'm wondering - how do you plan out chapters? I know you're usually thinking several ahead as you've mentioned in the past, but how do you actually get down behind the keyboard and punch it out? Do the ideas jump out all at once without much re-writing, or is it more of taking several days to type it out?
