I'm still guessing its Oni-Sama, as he is just about the only one that can pull off a stunt like this. Although I'm beginning to wonder if Kami-Sama & Oni-Sama aren't 'broken' into 'shards' (think like shining a light through a prism to get what I mean), where each 'shard' governs a separate section/multiverse of the Omniarc. And that not all the 'shards' are linked per se yet to each other. But I'm off topic - Its just gotta be Oni-Sama.
