Sorry for the delay <bow> A couple reasons. One was the usual onslaught of Univ classes, another was a slight bit of 'writer's drag' on one of the drafts. I finished 116-118 on Friday...and then experienced the ultimate writers nightmare..a program crashed right when I was saving 117 and 118. <scowl> I usually keep two copies of each file, but that particular time, I had all four copies open in the editor (because 118 has extra formatting demands, as you'll see in a week or so)...and lost all of them when it crashed when saving them. All 25,000 words in them (TBT chaps average 12-15K words/chapter). After the obligatory cursing and tears and cats, I used a bunch of hexedit tools and pulled what text-strings I could off of the HD (which took hours and is complicated by the fact that I have an Eng/Jap/Chin MUI-OS setup). I managed to get 80% of 117 and roughly half of Chp 118. So I redid Chp 117 (thinking about Keiichi's experience with his grad school paper circa chapts 66-7 the whole time). Whoever said that writing's easy oughta have a statue made in their likeness, so the pidgeons can shit on it! I deserve a pizza for all this... Anyway, thanks again for your patience. More to come!
