Yeah, it does. It's got an in-built resume function (a feature, I might add, which is very cool). On to the formats, they are downloaded as .torrent files, but in actuality, the file is just one very big folder that contains a series of WinZip files, which in turn contain .jpeg files that are the actual manga.
