I don't think the manga ever says how old they really are. How long ago was Urd with the Trubadour or the cherry blossom spirit? As for TBT and timelines you have to remember that time flows differently in Yggdrassil, at least sometimes. For example when the meeting about mankinds fate was held. I don't remember the exact amount of time but it was a really long time compressed into a short period. Then there's the part more recently when skuld and the kids travel into the core and take 30 years each direction. If time flowed the same as on the Earthrelm then Tomahisa would either be dead or pushing 90. I would have to say for both TBT and the O!MG just for my mind would work similar to the principle of 100,000 years Yggdrassil time = 1 year Earthrealm time barring outside influence. Hope some other people can give some feedback.
