I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for but here's my 2 cents. Bell and K1 would have met sometime in the spring since when Megumi shows up K1 says it had been, I believe, 6 months that they had lived together and Megumi is there because she is starting school. I would guess that the OVA takes place over the course of one year and that we never even see the second year between the end of the OVA and the movie. Hope this helps.
