It does address that issue in the first couple chapters, where he's dealing with the disbelief of suddenly finding out a fictional world is real... But after two years in that world, it's no longer a question of 'if it's real'...he just accepts that it is... Don't worry, I'm not going to get to Chapt 130-140 and conclude TBT by writing "and then he woke up with his nose in a "Oh My Goddess" manga, and realized it was all a dream!" <g>
