Any of you guys watched these? I've only caught a few, but they're pretty interesting. They have all the Taiho cast members, except Aoi (those of you familiar with YUA know that he's the cross-dresser who goes undercover to catch the perverts). The darama eps keep to the formula of the Taiho manga in many ways (of course they exclude the numerous fan-service locker room scenes), but the storylines aren't too redolent of the originals (Miyuki hen-pecks Ken a lot). They even have a replica Honda Beat for the patrol car, plus a number of the settings in the Bokuto station (ie, Yoriko's stuffed animals). Major complaint---Mariah Carey closing music. Also, Miyuki's hair is shorter than Natsumi's, which kinda throws me off (couldn't they afford a wig?). The credits cleverly roll over the front windshield of the patrol car as they drive through Tokyo at night...I noticed scenery from Shinjuku and Shibuya during the closing creds. Anyway, these are pretty cool...
