I think you got it right. From what I get Isilblius was the Everything at every possible point in time and position in space, metanative, i-time, or otherwise. When he was destroyed it then the destruction of the Everything Everywhere Everywhen would also be destroyed. Now all the seven have to do is create an Everything and then fill that everything. I really don't envy that job but it would be cool to have just 0.00001% of the power that they control. Anyway tell me if this is what you were thinking.
