I agree with you that The Child That Is Death is in Keiichi's body, but I think that is is Kami-sama and Oni-sama that are inhabiting the policewomen's bodies. It's only a guess but I would make the most sense. Isilblius didn't destroy any of the sisters so Why destroy Kami-sama, Oni-sama , or Death. I think he just displaced them into the mortals bodies. Anybody agree or disagree write a response. Peace.
